What we keep, and why

When you order

We keep your name, your mobile number, your Facebook name if you give it, the pickup or delivery details including the address and landmark for a delivery, what you ordered and any notes, and, when you pay, the screenshot of your transfer and its reference number.

We use these to prepare and hand over your order, to confirm your payment, and to reach you about it. Orders are kept afterwards as the business's sales records.

We ask for nothing the order does not need. The address and landmark are asked only for a delivery; your Facebook name is optional and exists so our staff can find you on Messenger if your order needs a question answered.

Your order link

The link we send you opens your order without a login. Anyone holding the link can see the order, so keep it to yourself. The link stops working a week after your pickup day.

When you message us on Facebook

When you message our Facebook Page, Meta passes the message to our system. We keep three things from it: the conversation's Messenger id, the mobile number you type, and which advertisement brought you to the chat, if one did. We do not keep the text of your messages, your photos, or your name from the chat. This is what lets us match your chat to the order our staff type for you.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel on this site and Meta's Conversions API on our server so that we can tell which advertisements lead to orders. When an order is paid, we tell Meta that a purchase happened and its amount, together with the identifiers Meta uses to match it: a scrambled (hashed) form of your mobile number and name; for website orders, the pixel's cookies and your browser's address and type; for Messenger orders, the Messenger id above.

We never send Meta your address, your payment screenshot, or the text of your messages. What Meta does with what it receives is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

The pixel does not run on your order's status page or on the tracking page. Those two addresses carry the key to your own order, and handing that to anyone else would undo what the key is for.

Cookies

Two of our own, which the site cannot work without: one that remembers your session while you fill in the order form, and one that proves the form you submitted came from this site and not from somebody else's.

The Meta Pixel described above sets its own, which Meta uses to recognise a browser it has seen before. You can refuse these in your browser's settings or with a content blocker; the order form works without them and nothing on this site will stop you.

Who sees your details

Our staff and the owner, on the screens they use to run orders. Our hosting provider stores the data. Meta receives what the section above describes. Nobody else. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Your choices

Message the Page or call 0927 831 1000 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your personal details removed where the law allows. Sales records themselves are kept.

These are your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). If we have not answered you, you may raise it with the National Privacy Commission.
